| Instructor or Entrepreneur In addition to expanding and developing its programming, the Koryo Martial Arts Center is also open to the idea of cost and space sharing. If you are currently looking for space to get your club off of the ground, or if you already operate a club and are looking to expand we may well be able to work out a mutually beneficial arrangement. There are many potential options that may be explored in this approach, from simple space rental, to office and administrative assistance. For those martial artists who wish to instruct but lack the time to commit to the responsibilities of running a full or part time martial arts club, KMAC is interested in working with you. We are interested in a joint effort to create new programs which are both feasible and offer a much needed and valuable service to our existing and future potential members. Specialty Seminars If you have gained expertise in your particular field or art, and you wish to share this knowledge in short concentrated training/learning sessions, KMAC may work with you to develop and advertise a Specialty Training Seminar. Instructor Qualifications The Koryo Martial Arts Center will be screening potential candidates based on their ability to demonstrate a sound physical, mental, and psychological/spiritual foundation in their particular art or field. Once the candidate's ability has been credibly established, their instructional, motivational, and leadership skills will then be tested and examined. It is important to us at KMAC that we only hire or partner with credible instructors who possess strong teaching skills and an ability to positively motivate aspiring students. Finally, as we consider all of our instructors role models for our younger students, it is important that they be of good moral character.
